3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for the accuracy of information provided.
• The Agency is not responsible for project delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect data from the Client.
• The Client must respect intellectual property, confidentiality, and payment terms outlined herein.

4. Payments

4.1. All payments must be made in full before the start of any service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2. By submitting payment, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all terms on this page.
4.3. All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, regardless of the Client’s usage or satisfaction.
4.4. Payments may be processed via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

5. Refund & Service Usage Policy

5.1. Once payment is received, the Client is entitled to use or schedule the purchased service within 90 calendar days.
5.2. After 90 days, unused service credits automatically expire and are considered fully earned.
5.3. The Agency is not required to issue refunds for:
• Change of mind or business direction
• Delay in providing materials
• Client dissatisfaction with subjective factors (creative style, tone, or design)
• Failure to implement or use the provided deliverables
5.4. A service is considered completed once the agreed materials, consultation, or strategy have been delivered, regardless of implementation.

6. Consultations

6.1. Consultations may be rescheduled once, provided that the Client gives at least 24 hours’ notice.
6.2. Missed or late consultations (no-shows) are considered completed and non-refundable.
6.3. The Agency reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

7.1. The Client agrees to contact the Agency before initiating any dispute or chargeback.
7.2. Any chargeback or payment dispute without prior written notice constitutes a breach of contract.
7.3. The Client will be responsible for all legal, administrative, and collection fees associated with such disputes.
7.4. The Agency maintains digital proof of services, communications, and deliverables as final evidence in any dispute.

The Client acknowledges that marketing performance depends on multiple factors outside the Agency’s control.
